The physical programme
Your Four-Week Programme
Taking a closer look at your drinking does not have to begin with a label, a rigid rule or a promise to stop.
BAAMP is a physical four-week programme that you follow privately, day by day, in your own home. It helps you understand when, why and how you drink, recognise your triggers and explore whether you want to regulate, reduce or stop.
You are not told what your answer should be. BAAMP gives you the tools to find it.

The daily rhythm
Four weeks, day by day.
BAAMP is a complete physical programme delivered to your door. Each day introduces one manageable suggestion for that day’s alcohol intake. Follow the days in order so you can notice your habits as they happen.
Take a moment to look at the programme and tick off each day with a pen. That small action helps you recognise your progress. Some days may take only a few minutes; on others, you may choose to reflect more deeply.
One day at a time. One pattern at a time. One choice at a time.

Your outcome is yours
Regulate. Reduce. Stop.
You do not have to know which direction feels right before you begin.
Regulate
Feel more in control of when, why and how much you drink. Recognise automatic habits, establish personal boundaries and make more conscious choices about alcohol.
Reduce
Drink alcohol less frequently, have fewer drinks, begin drinking later or change the situations in which you drink.
Stop
Discover whether stopping alcohol completely feels right for you. BAAMP gives you space to explore the choice and create a personal plan for moving forward.
BAAMP does not choose the outcome. It gives you the awareness and tools to choose it for yourself.
The journey
What happens over four weeks
Select a week to see what you will explore.
Week 01Understand
Begin noticing when, where and why you drink alcohol. Each day helps you identify the moments, emotions and situations that influence your choices.
By the end of the week: you will have a clearer picture of your drinking patterns and personal triggers.
Week 02Explore
Look more closely at what happens before, during and after you drink. Begin trying small, manageable changes and notice how they affect you.
By the end of the week: you will start recognising which choices feel intentional and which have become automatic.
Week 03Regulate
Explore practical ways to regulate and reduce your alcohol intake. Notice how different choices affect your sleep, mood, energy, relationships and sense of control. You can also consider whether stopping completely might feel right for you.
By the end of the week: you will understand which tools, boundaries and possible outcomes suit you.
Week 04Choose
Bring everything you have learned together and create your personal plan. Your plan may involve regulating your drinking, reducing your intake, changing particular rituals or stopping completely.
By the end of the week: you will have a practical plan based on your life and your decisions.
Start when you are ready
Four weeks. Your choices.
A physical programme, delivered to your door, to help you understand your drinking and decide what comes next.
If you drink heavily every day or experience withdrawal symptoms, speak to a healthcare professional before changing how much you drink.
A little more support, if you want it
Optional additional support.
The physical four-week programme can be completed independently. If you would like personal support, you can separately book moderation mentoring or a private appointment with BAAMP’s Clinical Director. Both services are optional and are not included in the £149 programme price.

A moment of recognition
Do any of these feel familiar?
You can tap the moments that resonate. There is no score, and nothing you select is sent anywhere.
This is a space for reflection, not a diagnostic test. Your selections stay in this browser page.
You do not have to call yourself an alcoholic. You do not have to promise to stop. And you do not have to wait for something to go wrong.
You may simply be ready to say: “Alcohol is managing me. I want to manage my alcohol.”
The morning after
The night ends. The questions begin.
You wake up and immediately begin replaying the night. Does everyone remember? The physical effects may pass, but the anxiety can stay with you all day.
BAAMP helps you understand what happens before the first drink, why your boundaries may change as the evening continues and what practical choices could help you feel more in control next time.
You may decide to regulate, reduce or stop. BAAMP gives you the tools to make that decision for yourself.
What if you could enjoy the night without dreading the next day?
A practical way forward
BAAMP is a tool to help you.
BAAMP is not a label, a punishment or a demand for abstinence. It is a practical way to understand your choices and explore what you want to change.
- Notice when and why you drink
- Recognise emotional, social and situational triggers
- Understand what alcohol is doing for you
- Interrupt automatic drinking patterns
- Regulate when and how much you drink
- Reduce your overall alcohol intake
- Explore whether stopping feels right for you
- Test small, realistic adjustments
- Identify the choices that make you feel better
- Create a personal plan you can continue using
BAAMP gives you the tools to regulate, reduce or stop. You decide how to use them.
Finding the right support
When BAAMP is not the right support.
BAAMP is an alcohol-awareness and self-management programme. It is not a medical detoxification service, an emergency service or a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment or therapy.
If you believe you may be physically dependent on alcohol, experience withdrawal symptoms, need alcohol to feel physically well or have previously experienced seizures or hallucinations after reducing or stopping, speak to a GP or qualified alcohol-support service before making changes.
If you are physically dependent on alcohol, suddenly reducing or stopping can be harmful. Seek medical advice about making changes safely.
In the UK: Contact your GP, call NHS 111 or read the NHS alcohol-support guidance. Outside the UK, contact your local medical or emergency service.
In an emergency: If you or someone else has severe withdrawal symptoms, a seizure, loses consciousness or may have alcohol poisoning, call 999 in the UK or your local emergency number immediately.
