About BAAMP Wellness

A different way to talk about drinking.

BAAMP was created for women who want to understand their relationship with alcohol and decide what happens next for themselves.

01 / Why we exist

Understanding comes before deciding.

BAAMP began with a question: what if women could look honestly at their drinking without first having to accept a label or promise a particular outcome?

The result is a private, practical programme built around awareness. You can explore your habits, notice what influences your choices and decide whether you want to regulate, reduce or stop.

02 / What guides us

An approach that starts with you.

Open each principle to see how it shapes the programme. There is space to question, reflect and make your own decisions.

01Awareness

Notice when you drink, what tends to happen beforehand and how you feel afterwards. Small observations can make familiar patterns easier to see.

02Choice

There is no prescribed ending. You might decide to regulate your drinking, reduce it or stop. The direction belongs to you.

03Without judgement

You can be honest about difficult moments without having to define yourself by them. The programme gives you room to reflect privately.

04Real life

The four-week physical programme is designed to be followed day by day at home, with manageable suggestions and space to record what you notice.
